1. Delivery Method

All edited photos and project files are delivered digitally via email, download link, or client portal. No physical products are shipped.

2. Turnaround Time

Delivery time depends on project size and complexity. Standard delivery estimates are shown on our website or quotation. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

3. File Formats

Unless otherwise agreed, final files are delivered in standard digital formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PSD, TIFF).

4. Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your files by the expected date, please check your spam folder and contact us immediately. We will resend the files at no extra cost.

5. Data Storage

We may retain project files for backup purposes for a limited period, but you are responsible for safely storing your delivered files.
