  • You contact us within 24 hours of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • Work has already begun or been delivered.

  • Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference after receiving work that follows the agreed brief.

  • You failed to provide required files or responses, causing delays.

  • The request relates to content that violates our Terms & Conditions.

3. Quality Issues

If you believe there is a mistake on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and offer revisions where appropriate before considering any partial refund.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.

5. Processing Time
